1. Cancellation Policy
• Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your  order within 12 hours of placing it on the website.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
 
2. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
• Eligibility:
 We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective, damaged, or the product received is not the same as what was ordered (e.g., a cooker received instead of a kadai).
The item must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, in its original packaging, and in unused condition.
A proper inspection video must be submitted to verify the issue. The video must be taken while unpacking the box to show the condition of the product upon opening.
 
3. Return Process
1. Video Proof:
Submit a clear unboxing video showing any damage.
2. Approval:
Once the video is reviewed and the damage verified, we will provide return instructions and process a replacement or refund.
 
4. Store Purchases
Store Purchases: Returns are only accepted for products purchased through our website. Products bought from physical stores will not be accepted for returns.
 
5. Refunds
• Refund Option:
If you do not wish to exchange the damaged product, a refund can be provided.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.
We will contact you after receiving the product to provide bank account details for transferring the refund amount.
 
6. Wrong Product Orders
• Wrong Product:
If the wrong product is ordered (e.g.,24cm kadai instead of 32cm), you can place a new order for a different product from the same category of equal or higher selling price.
Return the wrongly ordered product with the following remark: “Wrong product ordered. New order no - XXX”.
Email us with the details of both orders along with your bank account IFSC details.
Refunds will be initiated via online fund transfer within 7 working days of receiving the wrongly ordered product.
 
7. Refund Process
• Refunds:
All accepted cases of refunds will be processed to the same account from which the purchase was made.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account after receiving necessary details and documents.
There will be no cash refunds.
